Every watch that comes into the workshop goes through the same initial assessment regardless of which service it is booked for. We look at the overall condition, listen to what the owner has noticed, and confirm the scope before anything is started.

We examine the watch and tell you clearly what the service involves and what it will cost.
STEP 02
Agree & Begin
Work starts only after you confirm. If something unexpected comes up, we pause and contact you.
STEP 03
Return & Document
The watch is returned with a function check completed. Service and restoration jobs include a written summary.
Service 01
Walk-In Battery & Strap

A short, convenient visit for battery renewal and basic strap fitting on everyday watches. Ideal for a quick stop while out and about in Pattaya. A simple function check is done before you leave — no appointment needed.

Movement Service

Cleaning, lubrication, and regulation to bring timekeeping back into a steady range on mechanical and automatic watches. Suited to pieces running unevenly or stopping early. Returned with a timing sheet for your records.

Restoration & Refinish

A thorough restoration combining full movement overhaul, case and dial refinishing, and part sourcing for older or valued watches. Built for owners who want careful, well-documented work. Each step is explained and agreed beforehand — nothing proceeds without your sign-off.

Standards Across All Services
These protocols apply regardless of which service level you choose.
Secure Custody
Watches in for service are stored in a locked cabinet. Not left on open workbenches or accessible to non-staff.
Agreed Scope Only
Nothing outside the agreed scope is done without contact. You stay informed throughout, not surprised at collection.
Appropriate Parts
Parts used are correct-grade sourced components. No mismatched or cosmetically altered substitutes without disclosure.
Pressure Testing
Water-resistant cases opened during service are pressure-tested after reassembly before return.
Final Check
Every watch is function-checked immediately before handover — not just after the bench work is completed.
Honest Assessments
If a watch is not worth the cost of a full service, we will tell you. No job is recommended purely for commercial reasons.
